ATR International AG is a leading trade cooperation that consists of market leading wholesalers and distributors in the independent automotive aftermarket globally. The aim of the cooperation is to support and strengthen the market position of it´s members and grow the market penetration of its partner supplier brands in all markets that it is present by bundling purchasing volumes, creating market access and increasing the efficiency of the members. This includes suppliers of automotive spare parts, car accessories, workshop equipment and service solutions.

The origins of ATR were laid in 1967 with the founding of Auto-Teile-Ring GmbH (ATR) and in 1999 ATR International was founded in answer to the increasing internationalization of product procurement and the provision of services and solutions.

ATR aspires to be the leading cooperation on the Independent Automotive Aftermarket on all continents and provide our shareholders with substantial added value. And through our members, to drive the development of services and solutions to enable the independent workshops to be sustainable and competitive. The success of our members is at the forefront of everything we do.
