Job Description
The Trade Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in developing and executing trade marketing strategies to support brand growth and market expansion. This role involves close collaboration with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy, optimize promotional activities, and enhance market presence across multiple channels.
Ferdinand Bilstein South East Europe d.o.o. was founded in 2003 as a subsidiary of the German company Ferdinand Bilstein GmbH + Co. KG, a family and independent company specialized in the production and sales of spare parts for passenger and commercial vehicles. Ferdinand Bilstein GmbH + Co. KG was founded in 1844 in Ennepetal, Germany. In 2012, the company has implemented the bilstein group as a single umbrella under which the internationally strong product brands febi, SWAG and Blue Print are united. They stand both individually and jointly for high-quality, precise-fit spare parts in OE matching quality. Grouped together, the range of over 60.000 different products is as broad as it is deep and all parts meet the most stringent requirements for production quality and fitting safety. This unique range is supplemented by practice-oriented services and solutions which are applied where it is important – on the spot in the independent workshops. As a leading specialist in the Automotive Aftermarket, the bilstein group provides important stimuli for the global market through its product quality, security of supply and service innovations. The constantly expanding range is as strong an argument as the manufacturing expertise. For it is this expertise which ensures that quality and fitting safety are put to the test over and over again. One of the bilstein group’s other strengths is its outstanding logistics. Customers and partners can always rely on individually customized solutions – anywhere in the world. As a corporate group with international operations, the bilstein group is represented in a large number of global markets and different locations.
Ferdinand Bilstein South East Europe d.o.o, headquartered in Belgrade, manages the operations of the bilstein group in the South East Europe on the following markets: Hungary, Italy, Romania, Moldova, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Albania, Greece, and Cyprus.
