We're seeking a committed Technical Trainer to join our Nissens Training Center and strengthen our presence in the Iberian market.
About the positionAs our new Technical Trainer, you will play a key role in strengthening our technical presence in the region, providing high-level training and supporting our customers in Spain and Portugal. You will work closely with the Sales, Product Management, and Quality teams, ensuring our customers and workshops have the technical knowledge necessary to succeed with Nissens solutions.
This is a newly created position, established as part of the Nissens Group's continued growth in the Iberian region, and represents a unique opportunity to develop and advance our training programs in the region.
Key Responsibilities
• Planning and delivery of technical training to clients and independent workshops, both in person and online
• Workshop visits to provide on-site technical support and share practical knowledge about our products
• Warranty data analysis and warranty index monitoring to drive continuous improvement
• Coordination with our Quality and Product Management teams at headquarters
• Direct report to the General Manager of Nissens Iberia
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with solid experience in the automotive industry, preferably in Aftermarket (IAM). You should have a mechanical or engineering background, along with a passion for training and communication. Spanish is a must be your primary language and you must have an intermediate-advanced level of English (Portuguese is a plus). You should also be comfortable working in an international and multifunctional environment.
