As we continue to expand in Germany, we are seeking a skilled and driven Sales Manager to lead our customer relationships and commercial efforts in this important market.
In this pivotal role, you will:
– Take full ownership of sales activities across Germany, focusing on larger customers and strategic accounts.
– Manage contracts and daily operations with German clients.
– Foster strong collaboration with our customer service office in Eisenach.
– Provide leadership and guidance to a small, dedicated sales team-playing the role of paying coach and team lead.
– Identify and grow business with both existing and new customers, especially within the International Trading Groups (ITGs) and their members.
– The majority of work time spend will be “on the road” with customers
We are looking for someone who:
– Is a native German speaker, currently living in Northen Germany.
– Has a strong background in the automotive aftermarket, especially in sales to ITGs.
– Brings solid Key Account Management experience with a proven ability to build long-term partnerships.
– Speaks English at a professional level, enabling confident collaboration across our international organization.
– Demonstrates commercial insight, customer-centric thinking, and relationship-building skills.
– Thrives in a collaborative environment and is motivated by shared success.
