As a Risk Management Expert (m/f/d) your responsibility will be the alignment and optimization of our global operational and strategic enterprise risk management approach to ensure that the organization acts in accordance with legal requirements (e.g. §1 StaRuG). Together with your lead you will select and implement a suitable risk management tool globally. You will guide and train regional and local stakeholders to identify, document and manage occurring risks and establish a regular and comprehensive risk reporting for our management.

• Rework, align and optimize current risk management approaches within TecAlliance.
• Identify, monitor, control and manage the mitigation of corporate risks.
• Support the team lead in the selection, implementation and roll-out of a suitable risk management / integrated Governance, Risk and Compliance software globally.
• Define risk management parameters together with leading management for analyzing and categorizing risks and managing risk management efforts (e.g. thresholds, risk-bearing capacities, risk coverage potential).
• Create risk management and scenario analyses for ad hoc requests or in projects as e.g. new business opportunities, M&A opportunities, etc. followed by recommendations to deciding management.
• Support the Lead of Governance, Risk and Compliance in the design and introduction of new guidelines and procedural instructions regarding risk management, including explanations of the associated guidelines.
• Own risk management education and consultancy for risk owners and other responsible persons.
• Establish a regular and comprehensive risk management reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field with a focus on finance, controlling, auditing, or accounting. Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of professional experience in internal control systems, risk management, auditing, or process analysis and optimization.
• Solid knowledge of risk management and GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) software, including risk assessment and aggregation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of business processes.
• Independent, structured, and detail-oriented working style; goal-focused and well-organized.
• Effective team player with strong communication skills, intercultural competence and a constructive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken (B2 level or higher).
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
