Then read on, because our new open position might be perfect for you!We're looking for a Marketing Assistant (32-40 hours) for our Autovakmeester garage formula. A team player who's committed to quality and service, and who, together with their colleagues, ensures that our members receive the best possible support in all areas.
What the role entails: As a Marketing Assistant for Autovakmeester, you'll be responsible for all marketing (communications) activities and administrative tasks related to the Autovakmeester garage formula. It's a franchise garage formula with currently more than 225 affiliated members throughout the Netherlands.You'll be the first point of contact for the formula internally. Together with the Retail Marketing Manager, you'll determine Autovakmeester's direction, create an annual plan, and ensure its execution. You'll support the formula (account) managers who visit existing members and connect new members. Together with the formula manager, you will ensure a smooth and effective launch. You will prepare meetings and events and be the point of contact for external suppliers, including advertising agencies, clothing suppliers, and media outlets.You will become part of the marketing department. This department consists of an enthusiastic group of 35 colleagues/marketers who, in addition to marketing tasks for our clients, are also involved in developing and managing marketing formulas for the automotive company. Examples include CarProf, Autoservice Totaal, as well as marketing concepts like Kentekenloket, NexDrive, Garagevergelijker.nl, and Tyres-On
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing coordination of Autovakmeester;
- Setting up an annual promotion plan and its execution
- Contact person for advertising agency for developing various marketing communications and social media expressions;
- Organizing national meetings and garage committee meetings;
- Supporting new participants with the start-up;
- Point of contact for wholesalers and other related parties.
Requirements
You have a completed higher professional education (HBO) degree and experience in marketing and communications, and enjoy working with an enthusiastic team every day to further develop and make the Autovakmeester garage formula a success, then you’re the perfect candidate for us!
