• Assist in project scheduling, tracking milestones, and maintaining documentation
• Support the development and maintenance of project templates and tools to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Collect and analyze project data to support informed decision-making and strategic planning
• Prepare project status reports, ensuring stakeholder alignment
• Coordinate meetings across international teams, managing agendas and minutes
• Contribute to Change Management, Communication and Training strategy and plan

• Studies in the field of Business Administration, IT, Communication Sciences or a similiar degree
• Profound Experience with MS Office Software (especially Powerpoint and Excel); SAP Successfactors preferable
• Very good English skills written and spoken, German language skills preferable
• Eagerness and speed to learn, creativity, team spirit, excellent communication skills
