Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing HR policies in line with the Group’s strategy.
- Managing the HR department and coordinating HR activities and projects.
- Facilitating social relations and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Providing advice to operational staff and managing interactions with the group and external parties.
- Monitoring HR indicators and maintaining a constructive social climate.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, or equivalent
- Extensive experience in HR management and social relations
- Strong knowledge of labor law and social legislation
- Proficient in HR software (e.g., ADP, Kélio, Peoplesoft, Successfactors)
- Advanced English language skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Initiative-driven and proactive mindset
- Proven ability to lead and support teams effectively
