Key Responsibilities

Are you at the beginning of your career or a recent graduate looking for a suitable job in digital marketing and sales? Bosch Rexroth offers a great opportunity, namely a permanent employment contract where you can join our Graduate Specialist program for 1-2 years! You also have the opportunity to work for a short period at Bosch Rexroth’s European location. The program prepares you for a responsible and versatile role where marketing and online sales play a central role.

  • Multi-channel content production – you create and optimize content for social media, websites and newsletters, among other things
  • Planning, implementing and monitoring digital marketing campaigns
  • Marketing automation and development (HubSpot)
  • Close cooperation with marketing colleagues in Northern Europe
  • Key User tasks in online shopping: including participation in system testing and user support, and acting as a contact person for the group’s online shopping experts
  • Customer communication related to online shopping

 

 

Requirements

 

  • Very fluent Finnish and English language skills, both verbally and in writing
  • An understanding of the importance of digital channels and measuring the measures taken is considered an advantage
  • Good collaboration and communication skills and the ability to work with different stakeholders
  • You take charge with your own initiative and self-directed approach to work
  • A relevant commercial/marketing university degree from the next few years
