Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth running of operations by monitoring orders and keeping everything under control.
- Achieve results by coordinating customer backorders to meet monthly goals.
- Build strong relationships by managing your accounts and maintaining a high level of customer engagement.
- Resolve problems by handling complaints and warranty claims professionally.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver excellent service and innovative solutions.
- Analyze data to identify trends and implement preventative actions.

Requirements
- Excellent professional knowledge of English and Italian (knowledge of a Balkan language – Bosnian/Croatian – is a great advantage).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional background.
- Experience: At least 1 year in a Customer Service role or similar position.
- Technical skills: Solid knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Personal qualities: proactive attitude, willingness to learn, sense of responsibility, and strong team spirit.
