Key Responsibilities
  • Daily communication with customers – from resolving complaints to regular meetings.
  • Cross-departmental collaboration to improve quality.
  • Registration of complaints, initial analysis and monitoring of their progress.
  • Creation of 8D reports, root cause analysis using Ishikawa, 5 Why, Pareto methods.
  • Overseeing the implementation of corrective measures and action plans.
  • Participation in customer and internal audits.
  • Data preparation for management and customers.
  • Supporting customers in crisis situations and ensuring quick solutions.
Requirements
  • Minimum secondary school or university education in a technical field,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality in a manufacturing company,
  • Knowledge of special quality methods (MSA, FMEA, 8D, PPAP, CONTROL PLAN),
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001
