Job Description

Wolf Oil Corporation is a Belgium based an independent lubricants company. We specialize in bringing our customers tailored, technology-enhanced lubricants that make engines better, faster, greener and cleaner.

We are hiring a Cataloguing Data Specialist to oversee the management and optimization of product data across our cataloguing systems for own brands (Wolf, Champion) and private labels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and ensure consistency of product data across various databases and external platforms (e.g., LIS, PIM, ADMIN, TecDoc, X-checker).
  • Analyze and correct data discrepancies to guarantee accuracy, primarily using Excel.
  • Streamline cataloguing and data flows, ensuring efficient integration with systems such as websites, platforms, and customer portal, …
  • Deliver high-quality product data that meets customer needs and aligns with automotive industry standards.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to provide insights and reports on cataloguing product data.
  • Develop and implement data management processes to enhance quality and accuracy.
  • Act as a key player in database optimization, collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve systems and workflows.
  • Provide backup support for product data specialists and contribute to product cataloguing-related projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1–5 years in Data Management, preferably in the Automotive or Chemical sector.
  • Skills:
    • Advanced Excel (e.g., pivots, vlookup, data comparison).
    • Basic Access DB knowledge (loading tables, basic queries).
    • Familiarity with cataloguing systems (PIM, TecDoc, X-checker) is a plus.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Eager to learn, strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a structured approach to tasks.
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work independently while being a collaborative team player.
  • Innovative thinker with solid organizational and multitasking skills.
