Responsabilités principales
  • Rapid response to customer inquiries and complaints, including the development of suitable solutions (hotline, warranty extensions, spare parts offers or extended services, e.g. on-site repairs)
  • Implementation of training courses and training for quality assurance as well as technical support for service and trade partners
  • Support for the sales organization during customer visits and trade fairs
  • Expansion of the service network for our products (workshop equipment)
  • Close coordination with product management, for example to communicate benchmark activities and suggestions for improvement
  • Regular reporting of service and aftersales requirements to product management to influence product development
Compétences requises
  • Completed training as an automotive technician, master mechanic or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of practical experience in the field of workshop equipment and technical service
  • Strong after-sales skills
  • Experience in customer service via hotline desirable
  • Strong customer and customer service orientation paired with a professional, engaging demeanor
  • Confident handling of MS Office
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • High willingness to travel within the GSA region
