Responsabilités principales
  • Responsible implementation of customer visits (outlets) in consultation with the Gérant MEYLE france and Account Manager for some Key Accounts
  • Coordination of customer activities (campaigns, inhouse-exhibitions,workshop visits, trainings) to the given goals
  • Obtaining and expanding existing customer relationships on site in relevant outlets
  • Continuous updating of the CRM / customer master data, creation of travel reports
  • Ensuring the implementation of marketing actions for the development of the market by the customer in close coordination with the Account Manager
  • Organizing of local info-evenings at customers/branches/workshops
  • Active participation in customer events and trade fairs
  • Constant observation of the market, competitors and providing information
  • High travel activity
Compétences requises

 

  • Completed business-related training with a focus on sales

  • Relevant experience and solid knowledge in sales force management, ideally within the automotive aftermarket

  • Regional and/or international on-site experience with in-depth market knowledge of the respective country

  • Strong customer and service orientation with excellent relationship management skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

  • Independent, structured, and results-oriented way of working

  • Very good written and spoken English skills

  • Strong SAP expertise
