We’re looking for a people-oriented, tech-curious communicator to join our RPA team as a RPA Technical Consultant.
This role is perfect for someone who loves talking with people, enjoys solving problems, and is excited to learn more about Microsoft Power Platform.
• Act as the first point of contact for business stakeholders.
• Gather requirements for new projects and help assess their feasibility.
• Coordinate with our developers and ensure smooth communication between business and technical teams.
• For smaller projects, create simple Power Automate flows (training provided).
• Promote citizen development within the organization.
• Increase awareness of our RPA team’s capabilities across the business.
– Work in close collaboration with IT, operations, and process owners in multiple countries.
– Monitor and track the success of implemented automations, collecting feedback for continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills — you enjoy interacting with people and making connections.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset — you look for solutions instead of waiting for them.
• Strong interest in technology and willingness to learn.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
– Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requests and priorities.
• Experience in an IT consulting role.
• Experience with Power Automate.
• Experience with SharePoint and/or Microsoft Copilot AI.
– Basic understanding of process mapping or business analysis techniques.
– Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) or logistics/production environments.
You’ll work in a friendly, growing team, gain hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, and help shape how automation is used across the company. We’ll train you in the technical skills you need — you bring the energy, curiosity, and communication talent.
You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to NRF’s broader digital transformation strategy and see the direct impact of your work on operational efficiency.
Competitive salary, professional development opportunities, and the chance to grow into more advanced RPA or Power Platform roles.
