As Finance Controller for our Romanian operations, you will play a key role in financial planning, control, and reporting. You will ensure that all financial and accounting processes comply with local regulations and group policies. You will be part of the local leadership team and report directly to the Finance Director based at HQ, while also working closely with the operational team in Bucharest and other international stakeholders.

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and ensure timely and correct reporting.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping, compliance with local accounting standards, and alignment with group policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and Romanian authorities.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support local business decisions.
• Cooperate with Group Finance, Controlling, and Shared Services teams.
• Support internal and external reporting requirements.
• Monitor cost control, cash flow, and financial risk.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance and internal controls.v

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting.
• Proven experience as a (min. 5 years) in financial controller, ideally in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of Romanian GAAP, taxation, and financial regulations.
• Fluency in Romanian – native.
• Advanced English
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Microsoft dynamics is a plus) and advanced MS Office.
• Analytical mindset, hands-on attitude, and strong leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international, and collaborative environment.
