Responsabilités principales
In this role, you will need to respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. You will navigate challenging phone conversations with ease and transforming them into positive experiences. Your ability to think critically, focus on tasks, set priorities and adjust as needed will be the road to your success.
Monitoring orders to ensure smooth operations;
Coordinating customer backorders to meet monthly targets effectively;
Managing your accounts and ensuring customer engagement;
Address and coordinate customer complaints and warranty requests;
Collaborating closely with colleagues from diverse departments to deliver the best services; Analyze data to identify trends and implement proactive follow-up measures;
Have projects and/or key user responsibilities based on your interests within the company.
Compétences requises
Professional proficiency in English and Italian.
University degree or relevant professional training
Good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel. Familiarity with ERP softwares is an advantage.
A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, responsibility, and a team-player mentality.
