Responsabilités principales
- Monitoring orders to ensure smooth operations;
- Coordinating customer backorders to meet monthly targets effectively;
- Managing your accounts and ensuring customer engagement;
- Address and coordinate customer complaints and warranty requests;
- Collaborating closely with colleagues from diverse departments to deliver the best services; Analyze data to identify trends and implement proactive follow-up measures;
- Have projects and/or key user responsibilities based on your interests within the company.
Compétences requises
- Professional proficiency in English and Italian.
- University degree or relevant professional training
- Good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel. Familiarity with ERP softwares is an advantage.
- A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, responsibility, and a team-player mentality.
