The position
Plans, directs, controls and coordinates the aftermarket sales and marketing of the organization’s products and services to selected distributors, dealers, retailers within assigned sales district – Turkey & Middle East. Ensures products are marketed and sold in accordance with objectives to obtain maximum profitability and sales volume in relation to pre-set marketing strategy and sales plans. Continually evaluates the timely adjustment of strategies to meet changing aftermarket sales conditions. Grows Dinex’s product brand recognition in the aftermarket and ensures strong brand image among customers. Expands aftermarket market coverage through cultivating new distributors, dealers. Operates within assigned travel budget.
This position will report to Regional Sales Manager, Serbia.
Responsabilidades clave
- Responsible for aftermarket sales & marketing activities in Turkey and Middle East
- Identifies new distributors and works with distributors to develop lower level of distribution and service networks
- Gathers and provides competitive intelligence to marketing team and management.
- Prepares market analysis and identify sales opportunities for assigned geographic regions
- Conducts technical trainings to our partners in the market in order to add value to our brand and maintain prices levels through value based selling.
- Works with distributors to develop and manage local trainings, advertisings and sales promotion activities, to be supported by our marketing team.
- Develops and maintains good relationships with key distributors.
- Supports product development fits for the needs of assigned market.
- Handle defective and warranty claims with support from sales support
- Operates with assigned travel and expense budgets
- Prepares weekly work plans, monthly reports, travel itineraries, and attend weekly sales calls.
- Develop distributor management strategy – training, business plans, customer support…etc.
- Lead to conduct regular business reviews with distributors and improve the distributor operational processes.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure successful launches of new products in the aftermarket segment. This includes working with marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, organizing training for distributors, and coordinating promotions around new product offerings.
- Understand and implement group standards in the sales process such as Sales Excellence, Pricing Strategy in the approach to the customers and partners in the market.
- Build connection and support local members/partners of international buying groups.
Requisitos
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years sales manager experience, preferably in an Automotive Parts Industry aftermarket & Heavy-Duty industry sales capacity, or for related products, etc.
Candidate with an automotive or mechanical engineering or marketing background would be an advantage
The ideal candidate would demonstrate good business acumen, aggressive and willing to travel frequently to visit existing and new customers.
A good team player and good to motivate the people around you.
Good English both in oral and written is a must.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with Digital Sales Tools:
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM software to track sales progress, customer interactions, and performance metrics.
- Knowledge of Environmental and Regulatory Standards: Understanding of regional environmental and emissions regulations affecting the heavy-duty aftermarket sector in Turkey and the Middle East. The candidate should be familiar with how these regulations impact product specifications and sales strategies.

Success criteria in this job
- Expand Dinex aftermarket parts business in the region.
- Achieve annual budget and other task like introduction of new products.
- Promote and build a strong Dinex brand name within the customers.

- Travel to customers: around 60 days a year.
