Responsabilidades clave
  • Implement sales plans and targets under the direction of the Country Manager.
  • Actively engage in cross-selling, gap analysis, and lost-sales recovery with current customers.
  • Forge strong, long-term relationships with customers through regular visits (constituting 80% of your time), customer events, factory visits, and product training.
  • Remain highly attuned to market trends and developments within the Iberian aftermarket, leveraging this insight to optimize our market strategy.
Requisitos
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Economics, Commercial Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience, preferably in the IAM automotive or spare parts sector. Experience in remanufacturing is advantageous.
  • Excellent command of Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • An individual who embodies our values, with a strong customer orientation, team spirit, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
