As the responsible master engine parts technician (m/f/d), you are responsible for managing the Powertrain division with approximately 80 employees.

• Define objectives and tasks and conduct staff interviews
• Personnel and deployment planning of employees in the department
• Administration of existing IT warehouse systems
• Participation in the conception, design and further development of logistics processes
• Ensuring a smooth workflow and implementing work allocation and capacity planning
• Participation in investment and inventory planning, arranging repairs and maintenance
• Compliance with legal requirements, operational regulations and safety regulations

• Successfully completed master’s degree or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional and management experience in the logistics environment
• Knowledge of lean management methods
• High degree of flexibility, self-motivation and teamwork skills
• Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
• Solid knowledge of SAP
• Very good knowledge of Office applications
