About the job

As an IT Systems Engineer, you’ll be responsible for resolving escalated incidents, analyzing technical issues, supporting our IT infrastructure and participating in IT projects.

• Provide 2nd line support and resolve infrastructure-related incidents
• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy)
• Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)
• Configure and monitor our resources
• Support IT projects, including migrations and upgrades
• Maintain documentation and enforce security and compliance standards

• 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or Engineer in Microsoft environments
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Microsoft 365 and Azure
• Ability to automate repetitive IT tasks
• Solid understanding of networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, WiFi, TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls)
• Familiarity with enterprise virtualization platforms, Linux servers, backup and security solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus
