Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of QHSE to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the integrated QHSE system across all NRF Industrial branches. This role requires a strong leader who can manage an international QHSE team in three factories across three different countries.

The vacancy is in both countries: Spain or Poland.

Implement and maintain the integrated QHSE system across all NRF Industrial branches.

Maintain integrated ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 standards, ensuring compliance and support from internal auditors.

Lead an international QHSE team in three factories across three different countries.

Lead customer audits.

Control and approve/reject incoming materials and suppliers by confirming specifications.

Oversee production processes by confirming specifications and guaranteeing QHSE standards.

Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.

Develop and implement a quality control plan and report according to customer requirements and standards from the marine and rail sectors.

Fulfill the company’s quality mission and zero accidents policy.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a QHSE role, preferably in the rail sector.

Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 standards.

Proven experience in leading and managing international teams.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
