• Heavy Duty program development
• Define and continuously refine the global strategy for the HD segment (on- and off-road).
• Act as key contributor to the HD Marketing Manager and Product team by providing strategic input, market intelligence, and segment insights.
• Monitor global market trends and competitor positioning to identify growth opportunities and strategic initiatives.
• Business development
• Lead direct business development initiatives with a focus on:
  • OEM Off-road service fill programs
  • European Key Accounts across on- and off-road sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, OEMs, and key decision-makers within the HD ecosystem.
• Global sales support
• Act as the go-to expert for HD sales support across all regions.
• Provide commercial coaching and training to sales teams worldwide.
• Offer technical support to convert strategic fleet opportunities and close complex sales cases.
• Ensure consistent messaging, tools, and commercial strategy alignment across markets.
• Solid knowledge of Heavy Duty on- and off-road markets, including customer segments, applications, and industry challenges.
• Proven experience in the lubricants industry, ideally within a similar global or regional sales role.
• Demonstrated international sales experience with cultural sensitivity and the ability to influence in a matrix environment.
• Strong network within OEM off-road and Independent Aftermarket (IAM) distribution channels.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a (big) plus.
• Able to work effectively in a functional role, influencing cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong business acumen, project management skills, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution & go-getter’s attitude.

• Proven experience in the lubricants industry, ideally within a similar global or regional sales role.
