Aftermarket Supply Chain Manager at Dinex Group

Dinex is looking for a results driven Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our European end-to end supply chain processes in the Aftermarket division.

The position will be located in the UK ideally in the North West and report to Aftermarket Product and Supply Chain Director based in Warrington.
Hauptverantwortungen
- Leading and developing supply chain operations including forecasting, ROP calculations, inventory and sister companies warehousing levels
- Setting the structure and organization for the supply chain department to ensure alignment with the overall aftermarket strategy
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales and Production teams to ensure timely product availability and customer satisfaction
- Driving demand planning and forecast accuracy across key markets
- Sponsoring strategic supply chain projects
- Implementing digital tools and best practices to enhance visibility
- Managing supplier relationship and performance
- Leading continuous improvement projects in line with Lean and sustainability principles
- You should expect around 20-30 travel days a year
Anforderungen
- Minimum 5 years of experience within supply chain management preferably within the automotive aftermarket industry
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or equivalent
- Strong analytical and data driven decision making skills
- Experience working in matrix organizations with international working exposure
- Well-trained leader who understands to promote team members performance through coaching, visibility and constant motivation with high process discipline
- Strong business mindset and experienced in navigating through KPI’s objectives with lines directly to Dinex‘ strategies with Digitalization in focus
- Outstanding organization and communication skills with participative management style.
- Experience with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools
- Commercial mindset essential so that we put customer experience at forefront of our decision making
- Fluent in oral and written English
