Hauptverantwortungen
- Make a difference by handling employee processes and requests
- Collaborate with colleagues locally & across the EMEA region
- Maintain employee data in local and global systems ensuring consistent data quality
- Make recommendations for process improvements and innovations to drive efficiency
- Support with HR analytics and reporting
- Take part in the HR transformation projects
Anforderungen
- University degree within HR, Business Administration or equivalent education
- Solid communication skills, being comfortable with using English as a working language and additionally solid knowledge in French
- Ability to manage time, organize and prioritize tasks independently
- Positive can-do-mindset, collaborative, flexible, resourceful, desire to grow, learn and advance
- Experience working with Microsoft office packages and HCM systems
- Ability to always maintain confidentiality
