As HR Business Partner you will enable the attraction, development, and retention of talent by aligning people practices with business needs. You contribute to a strong employee experience, support performance and growth, and help drive key HR initiatives that prepare the organization for the future.

• Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, ensuring alignment with the company’s values, goals, and operational needs.
• Support the development and retention of employees by implementing talent management strategies, career development plans, and succession planning.
• Identify skills gaps and coordinate training programs that support the growth of employees and help prepare future workforce.
• Assist in managing performance processes, including regular evaluations, feedback sessions, and goal-setting to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Implement and support initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement, fostering a collaborative and positive, inclusive work environment.
• Contribute to key HR projects, including process optimization, automation, and digitalization, driving efficiency across the HR function.
• Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees, addressing employee relations, performance issues, and organizational changes.

• Higher degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a broad HR role, including experience as an HR Business Partner.

• Solid understanding of HR processes, labor law, and talent management practices.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coach and support managers effectively.

• Empathetic and approachable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Culturally aware and able to engage with diverse teams across the organization.

• Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

• Experience with change management or organizational development is a plus.

• Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French or other EU languages is an asset.
