In this role, you will need to respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. You will navigate challenging phone conversations with ease and transforming them into positive experiences. As the primary contact point for our customers via phone and email, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction. This means you will:

• Monitoring orders to ensure smooth operations;
• Coordinating customer backorders to meet monthly targets effectively;
• Managing your accounts and ensuring customer engagement;
• Address and coordinate customer complaints and warranty requests;
• Collaborating closely with colleagues from diverse departments to deliver the best services;
• Analyze data to identify trends and implement proactive follow-up measures;
• Have projects and/or key user responsibilities based on your interests within the company

• Fluency in German, both oral and written. Professional proficiency in English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or order processing
• Strong communication and team skills
• Ideally based near Milsbeek
• Good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel. Familiarity with Microsoft AX is an advantage.
