• Ensure the smooth running of operations by monitoring orders and keeping everything under control.
• Achieve results by coordinating customer backorders to meet monthly goals.

• Excellent professional knowledge of English and Italian (knowledge of a Balkan language – Bosnian/Croatian – is a great advantage).
• Education:  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional background.
• Experience:  At least 1 year in a Customer Service role or similar position.
• Technical skills:  Solid knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Personal qualities:  proactive attitude, willingness to learn, sense of responsibility, and strong team spirit.
