Created 11 years ago, NEXUS Automotive International (NAI) is the global leading intermediary company between manufacturers (>100), leading independent distributors of the (>500), and workshops (>5000) in the automotive aftermarket. NEXUS Automotive International manages consolidated sales above 50 billion€.
We are looking for a highly creative, globally minded Brand Manager to elevate and protect the NEXUS brands across markets. With a deep understanding of the automotive aftermarket, you will lead strategic brand storytelling, visual identity development, and integrated campaigns that resonate across cultures and channels. This is a pivotal role for someone who can bridge bold creativity with strategic discipline, ensuring respect for the NEXUS brand book while bringing the brand to life in a complex, global, and rapidly evolving sector. All initiatives will be expected to strengthen and increase the long-term value of the NEXUS brand.
Hauptverantwortungen
Brand strategy & storytelling
- Collaborate closely with teams in Corporate Communication, Event, Digital, HR (employer branding), Business Development, Sustainability etc. to support cross-functional initiatives.
- Develop and refine the global NEXUS brand narrative in alignment with corporate strategy.
- Craft compelling messaging for diverse audiences (B2B, talent, partners) across multiple regions.
- Build brand architecture and positioning guidelines to ensure consistency across business units and initiatives.
Visual identity & creative direction
- Act as the guardian of the NEXUS brand book, ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines across all touchpoints and stakeholders.
- Oversee the evolution of NEXUS’ visual identity system, including logos, color palettes, and templates.
- Provide clear guidance and validation for internal teams and partners on brand usage.
- Lead creative concept development for campaigns, events, and digital assets.
Campaign development & activation
- Design and roll out international brand campaigns (online/offline) that increase visibility, engagement, and differentiation in collaboration with the Corporate Communication Direction
- Coordinate with supplier and distributor partners on co-branding opportunities and joint activations.
- Monitoring of the use of the brands in the multiple touchpoints
- Track KPIs and report on campaign performance to guide continuous improvement.
Anforderungen
- 8 to 12 years in brand management, marketing communications, or creative strategy roles, with proven success in the automotive aftermarket or mobility sectors.
- Strong experience in managing international brand portfolios or campaigns across multicultural environments.
- Agency or in-house background welcomed must show evidence of campaign leadership and brand building.
- Highly creative mindset with strategic thinking and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills; capable of turning complex ideas into simple, impactful messages.
- Solid grasp of digital marketing channels (social, web, video, email) from a branding perspective.
- Multilingual or comfortable operating in a global/multilingual context.
- Autonomous, proactive, and able to navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving ecosystem.
