N! Academy is a cornerstone of the training services offered to the extensive NAI community. The new role of N! Academy Training Project Manager will support the expansion of the training offer and play a crucial role in managing and enhancing the training experience offered to the community.
The N! Academy Training Project Manager is responsible for all the functions involved in creating the training content offered under the N! Academy umbrella, from content creation to training coordination. He/she must ensure that learner experiences are optimised for different types of users and consistently meet their expectations. To this end, he/she will carry out the following activities to ensure the overall success of the N! Academy programmes covering products, technical, service advising, parts management, quality, warranties…:
