• coordinate and lead a team of forklift drivers and pickers across inbound or outbound flows
• plan daily tasks and ensure proper coverage during one or two shifts ( 06:30-14:30; 13:30-21:30)
• supervise unloading/loading operations, stock movements, picking, packing, and staging
• ensure the correct use of equipment: Reach Trucks, VNA forklifts, order pickers, and electric pallet trucks
• monitor KPIs (performance, accuracy, delays) and report daily results to the Warehouse Manager
• ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, fire prevention rules, and labor legislation
• provide training and coaching to new or existing team members
• collaborate with planning, transport, and quality teams to ensure operational flow
• actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives

• proven experience in logistics or warehouse operations (minimum 2–3 years)
• education at minimum secondary level with a high-school exam
• experience in team coordination or shift leading (min 10 people)
• knowledge of warehouse equipment and WMS systems (Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX2012) environment will be a plus
• flexibility to work in shifts ( 06:30-14:30; 13:30-21:30)
• familiarity with Romanian legal standards for workplace safety and logistics (ISCIR, SSM, PSI, Codul Muncii,etc.)
• strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
