Job Purpose

This position supports all aspects of PHINIA across segments and platforms. The goal is to create internal robust solutions to solve bottlenecks and optimize processing outputs varying greatly by each segment. Each creation from start to finish will involve design, analysis, and training with many parties involved. Exciting opportunity for technical advancement!

• Business Process Automation Projects
• Programming/troubleshooting virtual machines (Robots)
• Interaction and Training on new automation capabilities
• Understanding newest technology

• Some experience in VBA, Python, or UiPath
• Entry level Experience in Database (T-SQL, MySQL, or Power Query)
• Entry level Experience in Business Intelligence (PowerBI, or Qlik Sense, or Alteryx)
• Able to work across function with varying levels of leadership and experience.
