• introducing new products into serial production and coordinating activities in securing and introducing new machines and technologies
• specification of production resources and selection of suppliers
• planning of material flow, layout, cycle times, production capacities
• development of production technological documentation – work procedures, tool list, standardized work procedures, instructions, setup plans
• optimization of production processes in the pre-series production phase
• decides on the parameters of the production process
• decides on the release of the design and layout of production equipment, lines
• collaborates on product development (Manufacturability Analysis, P-FMEA, Q-FMEA,…)

• Second-level university degree in mechanical engineering or technical specialization
• Min. 3 years of experience in the position of Production Technologist or Industrialization
• Knowledge in the field of mechanical engineering technologies
• Knowledge in the field of automation, robotization
• Knowledge of assembly processes
• Basic knowledge of occupational safety requirements, ergonomics
• User-level PC control (MS Office, AutoCAD, SAP, …)
• English language min. B2, German language an advantage
