We are looking for a dynamic professional ready to lead strategic customer relationships and drive business growth through active product portfolio management and this within an international context. Join ZF as of the leading companies in the aftermarket sector as a Key Account Manager and play a pivotal role in managing and expanding relationships with one of our most valued clients.

 

Hauptverantwortungen
  • Develop and build a trusting and solid customer relationship with Key Account(s) to achieve long term customer retention and value generating activity, nurture the relationship over time and work together to maximize mutual success (identify growth opportunities)
  • Define Strategy for the Key Account and align with Regional/Country Sales teams regarding local delivery. Keep strategic perspective prioritizing long term relationship.
  • Act as the main contact person/negotiator with the key account customer and with the internal ZF Aftermarket team. Manage the customer and the customer interactions with other employees and departments. Ensure customer needs are understood within ZF and that relevant internal teams are connected to their counterparts within the customer organization to deliver customer satisfaction by preparing customized solutions and addressing/resolving key account issues and complains.
  • Continuously improve ZF’s positive differentiation towards the Key Account and provide orientation to the excellence functions regarding Business Development and Transformation needs
  • Ensure commercial terms & conditions compliant with legal regulations, ZF strategy & code of conduct requirements (commercial policy, frameworks, guidelines)
  • Ensure that the long- and short-term financial targets with the key account(s) are delivered
Anforderungen
  • Degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field in combination with multiple years of working experience within the automotive industry
  • Preferable a deep understanding of Aftermarket value chain (product management, marketing, pricing, branding, distribution), customer requirements and trends
  • Robust customer network and proven successful stakeholder management
  • Proven experience in managing a sales P&L and strong commercial sense with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Resilience and proven ability to lead in complex matrix organizations
  • Problem solving skills, strong relationship management and influencing skills
  • Fluency in the French and English language
