Job Description

We are ZF R&D Tech Center in Romania.Our presence in Automotive R&D market in Timisoara begun in 2007 when we started as BeeSpeed – Timisoara Engineering Center having a strong partnership with ZF Group along this journey. All our services contributed to the global mission of developing a safer vehicle for the driver and the passengers.Starting with 1st of January 2019, we became part of the ZF Group, which is a global leader in driveline and chassis technology as well as active and passive safety technology. Key Responsibilities
  • Directs Independent Aftermarket sales development within the country, in line with defined brand and sales strategy, as well as market share and profitability targets, in alignment with sub-region
  • Takes ownership and responsibility for the business plan of the country
  • Adjusts the sales/marketing approach to the needs of the country customers, ensuring profitable business and market shares are delivered
  • Negotiates agreements with customers in line with given targets and delivers operational customer sales support on a daily basis
  • Agrees and ensures delivery of sales, profitability and customer satisfaction targets for the respective customer base
  • Defines and strives for individual KPIs in a way that sales/profitability targets and customer expectations can be delivered
  • Acts as a local key account manager for selected customers, supports the Central Key Account Manager and Sub-zone Head in servicing large customers
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in IAM market
  • Travelling availability approx. 50% of total working time
  • Language skills: English business level,
  • Product expertise in relevant products (shocks, clutches, braking) would be preferred
  • Proven experience to deliver ambitious growth and profitability targets
  • Problem resolution, process improvement and negotiation skills
