As a Marketing Trainee, you’ll embark on a 12-month journey exploring different areas of marketing—from internal communications to product marketing and event marketing. Working within a multinational environment and focusing on the European market, you’ll gain hands-on experience, develop critical skills, and play a key role in shaping our partner and event marketing efforts. • Internal Communication: Assist in developing, organizing, and distributing internal communication materials; support the execution of the team’s Change Management Strategy.

• Intranet Management: Manage the marketing team’s presence on the intranet, ensuring updates are current and engaging.

• Content Creation: Write articles and create team-focused content for the intranet to foster engagement and communication.

• Product Marketing Support: Collaborate on projects including resource creation, campaign execution, and product collateral development.

• Resource Organization: Organize and catalog existing and new sales resources, as well as product documentation, for internal and external audiences.

• Event Support: Assist in planning and execution of events, including preparation of marketing materials and post-event communication.

•Education: Recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Alternatively, a student available for full-time work.

•Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; Polish is optional. Proficiency in another European language is a plus.

•Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including SharePoint; experience with graphic design tools is a plus.

•Soft Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, creativity, and a proactive approach to learning.

•Attitude: Open-minded, eager to learn, and adaptable to working in a fast-paced, international environment.

•Other: Interest in digital marketing and technology, with an enthusiasm for gaining diverse marketing experience.
